1. When do you ship products?
A. Shipment time can differ for different products. Please refer to the product description for more details. Although, we typically ship within 2 days of order.

2. Can I track my order?
A. You will receive tracking number on mail id you provided when placing the order.

3. I didn't add a mail id. I am not getting order updates?
A. Don't worry, your order is on the way. You can submit a request to add mail id for the updates via chat box in the right corner.
You should also be getting WhatsApp updates from our shipping partner about the order pickup and delivery on the number you provided.

4. Can I Cancel my order?
A. Yes, you can. Please refer to return policy in the footer for more info.
