Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been fulfilled/ shipped/ customised.
- Certain products are Non-Returnable. Please check product page for specific item you're buying for clarification.
- Return and Non-Returnable items are deemed so by the brands selling them. Please check the product page for details on the specific product you're looking to return.
- Festora does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the Festora, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
- Festora reserves the final call over cancellations and returns.
- If you have placed an order for a perfume and if the order has not been picked up, you can cancel the order before 9:00 am of the day of pick-up.
- To place cancellation request, you can use the chat box feature on any page for the fastest resolution. (little red box on the right corner which has "Chat" written on it.)
- While you can initiate Return requests from the Order tracking page itself. Some items are non-returnable. Please check the product page for more details.
- If the cancellation is done after the order has been picked up but not delivered, cancellation charges which would be equal to return-shipment charges will be levied.
*(Also applicable on Free Shipment - where the shipment charges are being borne by the seller.)
- If you have received the bottle (perfume/oils/defusers/air fresheners) , and the bottle is broke or the perfume has leaked, the unboxing video is mandatory for the return or exchange.
- Using this site you agree that the Policy terms can be updated/changed/amended at any point in time as per FESTORA.
- If you don't like the fragrance, at present we do not offer returns for the same as perfumes are a odiferous substances and we prefer to provide each customer freshly made bottle in a controlled environment devoid of any unintentional mixtures or substances. While we meticulously test our perfumes and oils, In future if we do offer returns the same shall be updated here.
